Head of Engineering

1. Coordinate the daily affairs and personnel management of the engineering department;

2. Responsible for the evaluation and introduction of new processes, new technologies, and new materials;

3. Lead the introduction of new products and the improvement of existing products;

4. Output of process routes, process documents, and process standards;

5. Equipment management, maintenance and accounting;

6. Cost reduction and efficiency improvement, proposal improvement, automation, and digital planning and implementation;

7. Tool jig output;

8. Work efficiency evaluation and assessment plan promotion.

1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing or related science and engineering. Priority will be given to those with Japanese or Taiwan-related work background:

2. More than three years of PE/ME/IE related work experience, and more than one year of related management experience;

3. Proficient in using Pro/E (or UG), CAD and other drawing software;

4. Rich knowledge related to lean production and strong awareness of improvement;

5. Understand the industry standards related to lighting fixtures.
