PIE engineer


1. Responsible for the analysis and improvement of abnormal production problems, and formulate corresponding countermeasures for analysis reports of defective products;

2. Responsible for the analysis and improvement of problems that arise during the introduction, trial production, and mass production of new products;

3. Responsible for the equipment and fixture demand assessment of new products, and submit demand applications, acceptance, etc.

4. Production guidance, timely elimination of abnormal problems on site (immediate temporary countermeasures when encountering abnormalities);

5. Participate in the trial production process of new products, and propose improvement suggestions that will affect the difficulty of operations, operation efficiency, etc.;

6. Evaluate production capacity, continuously improve production efficiency, and assist the production line in solving problems;

7. Develop standard working hours, production process flow, and operation SOP;

8. Improve operating methods and line balance, improve operating efficiency, and reduce material scrap.

WORK BENEFITS

1. College degree or above, major in industrial engineering;

2. More than 3 years of PIE work experience;
