PE engineer


1. Handle abnormal production processes, be able to accurately analyze abnormal problems caused by process, design, incoming materials and various aspects in the production process, and promote improvements in relevant departments, and be good at discovering and preventing problems;

2. Introduction of new products, preparation for small batch production of new products (SOP, tooling and fixtures, process design and process technology guidance, etc.), summarizing problems in small batch trial production of new products and promoting improvement;

3. Tooling and fixtures: design, acceptance and improvement of tooling and fixtures for the production of new and old products;

4. Manufacturing improvement: evaluation and introduction of new processes, new technologies and equipment, improvement of production processes, advanced technologies, tooling, fixtures and equipment;

5. Participate in the investigation, analysis and handling of major quality incidents and customer complaints, and be able to independently analyze and solve problems.

WORK BENEFITS

1. College degree or above in mechanical or electronic related industries, and more than 2 years of relevant work experience;

2. Proficient in using Excel, Word and other office software, and able to use CAD drawing software simply;

3. Familiar with the production process of commercial lighting fixtures and good at analyzing process problems. Priority will be given to those with working experience in the LED lighting industry;
